Welcome to Tradenimbo.
Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site.
a) Customers must provide full and accurate information/address in the order form.
b) The actual colour of the product may differ slightly from that shown due to lighting differences, user’s computer monitor color settings etc.
c) Returns are subject to approval. Please refer 'Return / Refund Policy' section below for more details on returns.
d) All payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit / debit card, Tradenimbo is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit/debit cards.
e) Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.
f) Appropriate Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's delivery address. However, we also provide free shipping in certain cases.
g) All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Tradenimbo will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situated in Florida alone.
h) Tradenimbo reserves the right to modify the web-site policy without any prior notice.
1) Tradenimbo will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
2) Customers must provide up to 7 to 10 working days for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 7 working days, we will inform the reasons to the customer at the earliest.
3) All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
4) Tradenimbo takes care to ship the orders in good condition. However if the package is damaged due to mishandling by the courier service provider, Tradenimbo will not be responsible for the same.
Return / Refund Policy:
We follow a 15-day return policy. In case you want to return the product for a genuine reason, please follow the below steps.
1. Please send an email to “ firstname.lastname@example.org” mentioning the actual reason for the Returns request within 15 days from the receipt of the product.
2. The product has to be returned to us within 5 working days from the approval of returns request and has to be shipped back to us. The address to which the product has to be returned would be communicated to the customer once the return request is approved. Shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer unless the product was received in a damaged state or delivered wrongly.
3. Eligible Refunds would be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval of Return Requests.
Requests which do not satisfy the above criteria will not be processed.
Orders placed once cannot be canceled. Please check your order details thoroughly before finalizing and making the payment online.
